We have previously provided more mantras to battle anxiety.
Many readers ask us for rituals and mantras they can chant to get freedom from extreme anxiety. While regular exercise, being with friends and family and health diet is extremely critical for avoiding anxiety, we also encourage you to chant the following mantra.
This mantra is from the 12th chapter of Gita, where Krishna explains Bhaktiyoga.
Adweshta sarvbhutanam maitrah karun yeva ch
nirmamo nirhankarha samdukahsukah kshami
santushtam satatam yogi yatatma dhrudhnischayah
mayyarpitmanobuddhiryo madhbhaktah sa me priyah
The one who always relies on me and surrenders to me becomes wise and learns to treat all emotions with same dettachment and is loved by me.
This mantra has personally helped me and hence putting it for your use. Please chant it as many times as you can.
It is a very sattivik mantra and hence has no other restriction.
